- Download the Reservation Form
- Complete the Reservation Form
- Payment of $500.00 per person deposit must be received with the completed reservation form
- To pay by Credit Card -download and complete the Credit Card Authorisation Form. F ax or post the reservation form and Credit Card Authorisation forms to interlude tours
- To pay by cheque - Make cheque payable to Alitude Travel Pty Ltd
